Interview process is short. I was contacted by a recruitment agency. There are only 2 rounds. First round is technical and second round is with the CEO or the Director. The offer is given on-the-spot.

I interviewed on Skype, only 2-3 questions asked but 45 minutes interview. Said that I am HR and manager. I told him that I have seen many negative reviews about this company, so he told that I too am new, The atmosphere is bad but join me if something goes wrong, I will join you wherever I go.
