First online assessment screen is a personality quiz and pattern recognition test.
Then there next round is technical, and the third is behavioral, both taking about an hour. They try to gauge your experience as a candidate.
It begins with a technical round featuring straightforward questions, then advances to the final behavioral round, which focuses entirely on “Tell me about a time when…” scenario-based questions assessing past experiences.
