Got interviewed on campus by VP of Sales. Went over standard question like educational background, experience with PLC's etc. Was given the offer couple of days later over the phone

Started off by getting invited to a select group introduction of the coumpany from the President himself. The president then setup a one on one interview about a sales scenario: selling to a difficult customer who changes suppliers at the last minute when the company has sunk in significant resources to develop new software and drivers. I did decently, in selling a few test units to recoup costs, with future large scale order possibility. The final interview involved me driving out to Bettendorf, IA (travel costs covered), where I met the team and was asked basic personality questions. Got an offer on the spot.
