Online Video Interview - this was the first interview with the internal recruitment manager. Gave information about the role and how it is working at AVMI. Asked me about my experience and general competency based questions such as dealing with a difficult stakeholder. Also mentioned about them having more female staff members in the office and if this was going to be okay. Not sure why this was mentioned though.
