In fact, we created our multi-step interview process to guarantee that the candidate and the role they are interviewing for are an ideal fit. Through this process we can verify that a candidate has the necessary network speeds to support the technology needed to perform the functions at home and they are comfortable with technology by completing a one-way video interview. It is our goal to ensure that each candidate is set up with the appropriate expectations and requirements so that they can be successful in their new role from their first day. Also, we do make it a point to touch base with every interested candidate.
