Telephone interview, followed by two face-to-face interviews. The first interview was with the manager of the team and held at the recruiters office. The second was with two senior managers held at AXA's office. Both interviews were essentially identical in format but with a lot more challenge in the last interview. Particular focus on challenging claims on my CV to ensure I could back them up.
