it was a very long process it took around 4 mths, Many filters but it make sense since it was a Executive position that dictates the trend of the cusotmer journey and experience for 2 countries.

Experience, previous scope or ppl handle, if i had union experience, if i new how to migrate operations and Call center systems, hobbies, likes, how did i implemented areas, how did i changed a cost center to a profit center, if i had previous experience with P&L.
