Pathetic HR team . . Went in around 9 in the morning the interview process started at 12.30. HR itself is very slow, was not even asked anything she just enquired about my previous experience and how much I'm expecting. Pay is very bad and less. Just a waste of time going there. They wanted to pay me less than my current pay scale.

Invitation to meet with their Human Resource contact after I responded to a follow up phone call based on my on line application submission. Next was an in person meeting in Manhattan and a standard review of my resume, insurance license, and a series of questions related to my job history and where I saw myself with the company within my first year.
