First an interview by phone, in which they asked me about my past experiences and motivation, and proposed a case study.
A second interview in Cologne, with two examinators. The structure was the same: present myself and then solve some case studies.
Some days after my interview I received an answer.

3 entrevistas, una telefónica, otra con RRHH y otra con el manager del equipo, rápidas y de no más de 30 minutos cada una. Bastante agradables y solo la última es técnica

Eerst je cv opsturen, indien je geaccepteerd wordt, gaan ze je een invite sturen met online sollicitatievragen (via video). Als je wordt geaccepteerd, kan je naar een internship fair gaan om jezelf te introduceren aan de manager(s) van je gewenste departement.
The process typically begins with submitting an online application. The HR or recruitment team will review your application. Then interview with a recruiter to discuss your background, career goals, and your interest in AXA.
