In what is the most humiliating and infuriating part of a job search, AXA used a chat bot to do the phone screen. I wouldn't have minded, except that it 1) it asked "if you were a superhero" type questions, which is ridiculous in the context; and 2) the last question the chat bot asked was about job location and it had only one choice, as opposed to the posting which had multiple.

Easy online application with just a few clicks and CV submission. After the screening, you have to go through at least 2 rounds of face-to-face/Skype interviews, which are conducted by the team head and then the HR. The interviews are quite standard.
