I applied to Aarong for the IT department internship through the Aarong Internship Program - Fall 2024. The selection process started with an online MCQ exam that covered IQ, amplitude, business-related math, and behavioral questions. After successfully clearing the test, I received an email inviting me for an in-person interview at Aarong’s headquarters. The interview panel consisted of an HR representative and the Lead IT Officer. They started with a few standard questions, such as asking me to introduce myself and share what I knew about Aarong as a company. They inquired about my graduation status, reviewed a project from my CV, and asked whether I had any freelancing experience. They also delved into my technical knowledge, asking if I was familiar with tools and concepts like Ajax, MongoDB, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). At the end, they mentioned they would notify me of their decision, but I didn't receive any follow-up.
