As an external transfer, I was very underwhelmed with the level of professionalism with the majority of the process. The regional manager interview was fantastic, touching on all aspects of the business but all other correspondence between the company and I was broken, with calls you could not understand, and emails that look to be as of they were written by a 4th grader.
