I made it through a three step process. The first interview as a getting to know you interview. The second was a "technical" interview, where you got 10 days to build a piece of software. The third was an interview with CEO. The communication was very one sided and lacking. The Data Solutions Architect was handling the hiring communication. He only got back when he wanted to. I feel like once you spend days writing software for a company they should have the courtesy of emailing that they are no longer considering your application.
