1) Email asking me to take a fairly difficult and per-question time limit online test in either C++ or Java, which took about 45 minutes 2) Email confirming I passed the test and a request for a 2 hour Skype interview 3) Email requesting a 3 hour in-person interview at their location 4) I was rejected, but there was a possible final Skype interview before hiring

After receiving your resume it takes 3-5 days to get an email back. They tell you to complete an online test C++ or Java. I took the C++ test, it had a lot of intricacies of the language and object oriented questions. If you passed the online test the recruiter will most likely ask you to come in for an in person interview where you are interviewed by 2 engineers. They ask generic data structure/algorithm questions you would expect from school.
