Inefficient. 6 rounds of interviews over the course of a month only to find out I was not selected. I believe in finding a right culture fit, however, this can be done by only sending candidates that have been in final consideration into the later rounds. This seems to be the norm based on reading other comments as well. Would recommend they do a panel interview and eliminate with one or two interviews while finding a culture fit, would save every time.

All interviews went incredibly well - by my recollection 6 or 7 rounds. Was shocked to learn that while not only did I not receive an offer, the position was never actually filled by anyone. Complete waste of many people’s time.
