Depending on the interview, they may give you some situation analysis questions; you will have to demonstrate background and experience by providing some examples.

The interview process was rather standard. My resume was submitted and joined a brief phone screen. The next step was for an in-person with the manager and another project manager. The third step was to come in for a face-to-face with other team members.
