It’s properly arranged with 4-5 groups of people from team members, project leaders, PI, director and hire manager and HR. Depends on the position or department, for this level, usually you don’t need to prepare presentation but it’s highly recommended then you will have about half an hour session at the beginning to present to the entire group. AbbVie has used many HR contractors to do the hiring as well so be mindful their opinion and if they like you or not matters!

I got an email for phone screen with talent acquisition almost 2 weeks after sending an application online. The same day they scheduled a Teams meeting with the hiring manager. The day after I had a call with the hiring manager I got an invite to go onsite. Pleasant overall experience interviewing with the team in-person. Just wish there was more flexibility with seeing the campus and lab. Also, would have been nice to NOT get ghosted!
