Phone interview by the manager followed by an onsite interview. HR called on the same day offering the position. The whole process took 4 weeks. Nice interview, but had to leave after a few months due to poor culture!
First stage is a phone interview with the HR. The second stage is a teams interview with the hiring manager as well once you get through the first stage with the typical question and answer format for both before the next stage.

I got ghosted after a call with the recruiter, no email or anything. Then the recruiter called me back 3 weeks later asking me the same questions I already answered. Told him I was not interested in moving forward.
