APPLIED Through a recommendation from a friend. Sent in resume and also applied on line. Was called in to the interview by the hiring manager (vs. through recruiting). Within 1 day the manager called to indicate they would be making me an offer. Within 1 day after that, I receive the offer. Within 3 weeks I was working at the company.
