2 techincal rounds was done and then 1 with director of IT and 1 with US guy. Last round was with HR and i was selected for the role. They have asked me to send documents for offer letter and next day they were saying that we kept position on hold. What is this behaviour. If you are going to put position on hold then why u took interview. i have invested almost 2 weeks.
