Took 60 mintues. Three different groups of people - HR, hiring managers and potential coworkers. All behavioral/situational questions. Waited about 2 weeks for their decision. The key to get this job is to submit you applicationa as soon as they open up a position. Apparently they have huge number of applicants every time.

Apply online. If they like you, then Phone call (45 minutes) and panel interview around 1 hour.
Questions follow star format and they ask about experience with troubleshooting/learning style among other things.
Was ghosted after being told they would contact me within the next week after my panel interview. I have never been ghosted after a panel interview before so I am really shocked at the lack of professionalism.

There was one phone interview in which they assessed the applicant's work experience. Another interview was scheduled in person with a tour of the lab, day-to-day processes, and a review of the resume.

pretty straight forward, no games are being played, always asking the questions that matters. Shows you around their office and clean room, pretty amazing i must say. I don't know what else to say.
