Typical interview process. First went through a screening and then two individual interviews. Interviewers asked both behavior questions and a few technical questions regarding the resume. Allowed time to ask questions at the end.
onsite in person interview at the site and they did 2 interviews. one session to assess soft skills one session to assess technical skills. gave a problem I had to say how I would solve.

I applied for the Process Engineer role at Liberty, SC. The screening call with the recruiter went all right, and it was all basic questions about my background and qualifications. Then, about a month or so later, I was invited to interview with the hiring manager, which also went alright. It was once again about my background and skills. Then, about a month or so later, I was invited to the facility to interview with a team of 3. That went alright, and they asked situational-based questions. I was then given a tour of the facility and told that I would be contacted in a week or two. Again, after around a month or so, with me following up twice, I was told that they have selected a more qualified candidate.
