Interview was extremely relaxed, interviewers asked me standard competency based questions and asked me to take them through my CV asking me questions based on my research project and lab skills mainly. Interview lasted approx 30 minutes. Feedback from interview was profile via my recruiter which took approx 6 weeks.

Describe a time when you took initiative?
Describe what kind of person you are?
Very positive, really getting to know the person and not just ticking boxes. It was a graduate position and the expectations were more about having someone who was motivated to work and would fit with the work environment.
After clearing the pre-screening test, you will get a call from HR. This would be your telephone interview. They will go through your CV and get to know about you. They will explain what they expect from you in the role and see if you have any questions after which they will schedule your interview with hiring manager.

What will be your biggest challenge when your start in this position?
Phone screening followed by individual interview. Technical and behavioural mixed interview. Research the company and familiarise yourself with the company's values and products. STAR interview prep is advised. Recommend having some questions ready for the interviewer.
