Screened by recruitment company, Telephone interview (took approximately 30 minutes) followed by a face to face interview (approximately 2 hours). Face to face included behavioural questions (previous experience, preferred styles of work, interests, etc) and technical questions around software and hardware.

Confusing process. Set up an interview, assuming it was an introductory meeting with HR, but ended up being a technical interview with the hiring manager. Job posting was for a software engineer position, but about half of the questions were focused on physics and electrical engineering concepts. While the concepts were familiar and not too difficult, I was certainly not prepared and the job posting should have made this much more clear.
