No process - kept adding last minute meetings - all to end with a last minute 'happy hour' with no further explanation until I get there and am told that 'we just can't pick between you and the other candidate' - wow, talk about feeling like a show pony. Then ended with practically being ghosted for weeks until I reached out to HR for an update (after reaching out to the hiring managers multiple times) - then finally received an email letting me know I did not get the position. An email - not a phone call.
