Rejected immediately because of my visa status without one question about my technical background. The recrutor just asked my visa status and when I answered that I was on a graduate visa, I was immediately rejected and never heard back after that.

The interview process felt quite odd and disrespectful. The interviewer joined the online interview a few minutes late, then spent a long time talking about herself before even asking me to introduce myself. She moved straight into technical questions without creating any welcoming atmosphere. A few minutes later, she had to leave because of a fire drill, and I was left waiting around 20 minutes for her to return. Overall, the interview felt cold, unprofessional, and unwelcoming.
