Initial Interview – This was a preliminary discussion with a recruiter or hiring manager. It covered my background, experience, and general fit for the role. They also provided insights into the company culture and expectations. Technical Interview – In this round, I was assessed on both backend and frontend development skills. The interview involved coding challenges, system design discussions, and situational problem-solving related to real-world scenarios. HR Interview – The final stage was a conversation with HR to discuss salary expectations, company policies, and cultural alignment. They also asked behavioral questions to gauge my problem-solving approach and teamwork skills.
