The interviewing process was very simple. They asked about my views on ethnicity in the workplace and how I view teamwork. They emphasized leadership and upholding the company appearance.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
