Was asked to apply by manager while in store, when I said I was interested she asked me to apply online with a password and username. The overall interview process was very casual one of the other managers took a group of us (5 or 6) to a benched part of the mall and just asked us questions.

What was a challenge you had to overcome and how did you do it?
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
