I was shopping at a different store in the mall when I was recruited by a manager who invited me to come in for an interview. I applied as they suggested and in a few days they gave me a call to schedule me for a group interview. There was about 15 of us for the interview. We originally waited at a seating area in the store, then were taken to 'employee only' hallway area of the mall that connects different stores together. Management was very nice and inclusive. It was my first and only time being in a group interview and being joined together by other candidates made the interview process more casual.
