It was a group interview, and it consisted of about 15 people sitting in a circle. They asked everyone the same 2 questions, then got everyone to say their tagline "Hey! what's going on?!" , then took everyones picture. They hire based on looks and confidence/how outgoing you are. Try to be as outgoing as you can and try to stand out in what answers you give. If you watch youtube videos about abercrombie/hollister interviews they will help prepare you well. Also, try wear something abercrombie-ish and natural hair and makeup. Go on the abercrombie site to get examples

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
