I was recruited by a manager in the store, gave them my phone number and some basic information, and they gave me a website and a password to complete an application. I applied and scheduled a group interview. I received a call from the manager that recruited me later that day confirming the interview. I went to the interview and there were about 5 other people, we all answered a few simple questions and were told we get a call within a week if we were hired. It's a very looks driven company and if you have the look you will do well

One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
