The interview was pretty straightforward and basic. First, I had to do a video interview where I had to answer questions through MyHarver and then I was called in for a group interview at the store with about 4 other people. The assistant manager was super chill and asked mostly scenario-based questions. I got the call a week later telling me I got the job.

It was a group interview, but I felt acknowledged nonetheless and they provided opportunities for me to ask questions as well, which was nice. Furthermore, they were able to get back to me the same day as my interview, and I appreciated their fast response time.

I found out the location of the interview from a friend already working there, since the employees I asked at the time gave very poor directions. This was my first time doing a group interview, and it was honestly more nerve wracking than the interview itself because you feel the need to answer differently if someone else already said your answer.
