Interviewers were knowledgeable and conversational, though some rounds were more technical and detail-oriented than expected. Process moved at a reasonable pace with good communication throughout. Overall, a positive experience with a strong emphasis on culture fit, communication skills, and ability to operate in a fast-moving environment.

After a screening call, a tech interview with a consultant company and a tech interview with two archtictects at abrdn, I was told the feedback is positive but I have to wait for the manager who's returning from their holidays in a week. A week passes, no feedback. One more week passes, I contact the recruiter and they apologize on behalf of the manager, telling me they'll be back with feedback as soon as possible. That was almost two months ago, complete radio silence.
