I was called on the phone for an interview because I was out of state. It was somewhat informal but a good experience. I had sent in an email showing interest and they asked for my resume. I was called a week later for the interview and was offered the job the next day.

I submitted a job application on Indeed and a couple weeks later I was contacted to conduct a phone interview. During the phone interview, they asked me about my previous work experience and any prior work experience with working with people with disabilities. They also asked if I had an CPR training or First aid training because the job often deals with these practices being put into place. The interview was very quick and short and lasted about 10-15 minutes.
