They literally ask you to do an IQ test (they call it critical thinking, but its more an IQ test to be honest) live in the interview with HR out of the blue. Honestly, this is something that should be mentioned to the candidate upfront, because not every day is a day to conduct this kind of a test, because of different reasons. Also, you have to do it while connected in the call, so its quite uncomfortable and feels strange. There are 50 questions to do in 10 minutes.. they mention you don't have to do all of them. Overall, quite uncomfortable.
