Interviewed by a coaching manager, provided lots of materials to prep beforehand. Mock coaching session during interview. I liked the interviewer. After the interviewer I felt that I didn't represent myself very well in the mock coaching session part. I didn't get the job.
I went through a screening call and then completed a zoom interview. It was relatively smooth and easy. My interviewer asked general questions about my experience and I felt well prepared.
