I spent more than 8 hours on it, only to be rejected 5 minutes after the screening call because they hadn’t set up the ATS filters and didn’t check my application thoroughly. Promised to send a follow-up email the next day and, of course, they didn’t. Super unprofessional, no respect to applicants time
