The Interview Process consisted of 5 interviews: 1st with a Recruiter, 2nd with the Hiring Manager, 3rd with a Team Member from the Implementation Consultant, 4th with a Senior Customer Success Manager, and 5th with the VP of Customer Success. I made it to the final round but did not receive an offer for the position because they were going forward with someone with a Security Background. The first four interviews were recorded, and everything was as expected. The final interview seemed more informational, was more about my previous employers' structures than interviewing me for the job, and was not recorded. The job listing is still available and was recently reposted a month after the anticipated start date, I was told. It appears they are trying to figure out what to do with the role rather than hire for it.
