1 interview with recruiter, got screened out even though I was clearly overqualified and pay was pretty low given responsibilities and experience demand for the role but still wanted to continue the conversation. Second time I’ve interviewed at this company, both experiences with recruiting pretty negative and lacking. Asked for feedback, ghosted post an automated rejection - nice. Probably shouldn’t have expected something better this time around.
