Received 2 interviews, one with Regional manager, the other with the spa manager. I also was required to do a practical interview. The regional manager Jill sold me on her experience with the group, she had started as make up artist (graduated from the same school as me!) she had worked her way up and has been with the company over 11 years!

I applied online and within a couple of weeks, I was told to come in for an interview. She basically hired me on the spot. She was nice and didn't ask me the usual stupid questions like "tell me a time a customer was not happy with the service". It was easy!
