Very informal. Asked if you knew about the company and if you liked sales. Then several basic questions followed including examples of how you would sell certain products to customers.
This is a very nice company with nice people working, Go in prepared and you will not have any problems. Be energetic and professional, as that is what they are looking for in a sales associate for this company

They contact you and ask to schedule a day to come in. You usually meet with 1-3 people depending on which department you're being interviewed in. You meet with a store manager, a floor manager, and/or sometimes another respected employee.

Terrible. Essentially one manager will come by (which p.s these people are terrible with being on time or caring who's time they are wasting) and do over stupid scenarios and role playing to see if you fit the part.
