Met with three people - the hiring manager and then two peers. Typical project manager interview - what have you done what are you like to work with etc.No case studies or anything like that - it was more will you fit in here interview. They described the work being done and where they needed help.

Three interviews. Process spanned a few weeks. It was pretty straight forward and they seemed very in-tuned with company values. Received an offered around Christmas time so it was a nice they extended the offer around that time.

Completely disorganized — confirm that they can meet your salary requirements during first interaction. I had listed my salary requirements in the application but no one inquired about my asks until i was 4 interviews in, at which point they told me that my asks were fine but later refused to offer me anything higher than 20K lower than my ask. Terrible HR structure.
