They asked me to describe my experience with monitoring employee adherence to company compliance policies and what methods I've used to identify and address non-compliance. This showed me they prioritize consistent application of their policies across the organization.
I would say WOW , the process was so easy . I now work as a Compliance administrator because of you guys. They believed in me, saw the potential in me . You guys gave me hope , gave me a second chance .

Basically I had 2 interviews. The first one was telephonically, 2nd one is the via MS Teams and the 3rd one was a Face to face interview. All 3 went professionally well.
