My interview was on Jan 23 the experience was so pathetic. HR asked me to create wireframes and proper UX design of some projects before the interview. Then asked for a offline interview made me travel from one corner of the city to other with my laptop . I thought company looks very professional then on the day of interview HR shared the wrong location HR was confused about office address I even took a half day from my office and asked to come for a particular time slot for the interview but made me wait 45 mins. Company's ceo directly took my interview asked me questions which is no way related to my project and company's profile, still questions were easy and I answered and interview got completed in 3 mins, It is possible that I don't have skill set or I am eligible for the role but this is totally unacceptable that how can an interviewer evaluated my 5 years experience just in 3 mins. I traveled 3 hours for 3 mins interview and if inko resume dekhar hi judge krna tha then they already had my resume why they shortlisted and made me to come for an interview "just to se my face"?. and then next day a copy paste mail with sorry your profile is not shortlisted with no feedback.
