The process is fast, first a phone interview,
Then an in-person interview with a recruiter at Academic Work.
Finally, an in-person interview at the Company Academic work was recruiting me too.
They are hard bargainers at Academic Work, So don't let them intimidate or stress you. You have to be firm in your negotiating position and threaten to walk away to get them to increase their salary offer close to anything decent.
