The interview process was conducted in person, it was informal and relaxing. The program lead/director conducted the interview. I found the entire process quite efficient. From the application to interview it took around five days.

They described the role expectations and asked me about my training approaches. The interviewer made feel relaxed, offered me coffee and the interviewer very down to earth, It was an wonderful experience
