The interview was very casual. It was 1 on 1 with the Hunting and Fishing manager and he asked me some simple questions about my self and past work experience. The whole interview lasted probably less than 15 minutes.

the interview process at academy sports + outdoors was so so so easy and simple almost made it a joke and truth be told if and when you are hired the job training is little to poor making you feel unprepared for the job.

Just a couple of simple questions, starts off with an online interview and then they invite you to an in person interview. There is a back ground check but the interviews are easy.

An interview with a manager and senior team lead, then a second interview with the GM. Very laid back guys, kind goofy, just looking for someone who loves the outdoors to some degree to work for them.
