The hiring process was straight forward and simple. They asked a few questions about my previous employers as well as my skill set. They wanted to know my basic information as far as my goals, aspirations, whether I was attending school and what my schedule looked like. My schedule fit in with the hours that they needed some to work and I seemed to be qualified to work immediately. I began working the next day. The training process was simple. It was just a few things to remember as far as merchandise and customer service.
