I filled the application out online, and then went to the store and found a manger to meet. That's when he gave me a date for an interview. It was a one on one interview with one of the department managers and the questions were pretty straight forward.

the interview process at academy sports + outdoors was so so so easy and simple almost made it a joke and truth be told if and when you are hired the job training is little to poor making you feel unprepared for the job.

Just a couple of simple questions, starts off with an online interview and then they invite you to an in person interview. There is a back ground check but the interviews are easy.
